This indispensable certificate program, created by Master Glancy will help students grasp the art and science of Wine List/Portfolio Development, Beverage Cost Control, Vendor Relations, Beverage Law and Inventory Management and to bring their business to the next level. It also covers marketing, staff training, customer service, and more. Students even learn to set wine program budgets, price their product in order to hit budget and manage their inventory 

looking for all forms of shrinkage (spills, breakage, spoilage, the, over-pouring and unrecorded comps).
