Artisan and Cottage Foods: Taking your Artisan Food Business to the Next Level                                          


This is for entrepreneurs and food makers already in business and seeking scale up techniques, action plans and tips to make the jump to the next level.  You may be out growing a rental kitchen, diversifying your product line, moving a Cottage Foods business from your home to an outside kitchen or jumping from your own kitchen to working with a co-packer. We’ll discuss strategies based on other entrepreneurs' experiences, explore changes or updates in permitting and licenses, and provide plenty of real time examples to motivate and inspire.  Plenty of time for Q & A.
